Mechanical work undertaken

The workshop personnel are expert at curing all the mechanical problems that might beset your classic. No job is too big or too small. The workshop is fully equipped with modern aids to efficient service. From crypton tuning to tracking, from suspension alignment to reaming king pins, the job proper to the occasion is done with care and enthusiasm.

Machine shop

Popular demand for efficient manufacture of accurately made components has lead to the building up of a modestly equipped machining shop. Special components are made here. Parts can be bead blasted before painting ensuring a fine finish to all sorts of smaller articles.

Welding and fabricating

Our experience in building and rebuilding MG's and other vehicles of all types enables us to complete all manner of refurbishment. New bodywork sections can be made or fitted to replace your corroded or accident damaged panels. Our experience covers vehicles with chassis and separate bodies like the MGA, pre-war types with chassis and ash framed bodies as well as modern unitary constructions like the MGB or Midget. Our equipment includes gas welding gear, MIG and spot welders. A body jig is available to ensure alignment of the chassis and body components.

Bodywork and painting

At Entune we can panel beat, form new panels, fit and lead load as necessary to obtain the requisite finish. Paint refinishing is carried out using the best of the modern painting systems. This makes sure of an excellent finish that has the same patina of the original, and that it is easily repaired should it be damaged.
